Joe Hinrichs

VP of Product Development and IT

Throughout his 25-year career in business and technology, Joe has always focused on building stable, consistent and supportable service offerings to meet the needs of the customer. As the Vice President of IT and Product Development, Joe is driven to find ways to help our customers find greater efficiencies and takes pride in releasing new products or services that will provide our customers with the best solutions to help their businesses succeed. Under his leadership of the IT organization, Joe is focused on protecting Bailiwick® from the unending stream of threats on our people, clients and data while giving us constant uptime of our platforms and information we need to support our clients and business.

Joe approaches each day with the attitude that you get out of life what you put into it. He works hard to create strong relationships with customers and colleagues to foster teamwork and growth. Whether he is working with a startup or an enterprise business, Joe has found this approach leads to innovation and successful partnerships that achieve desired results.

Outside of work, Joe lives by his Dad's advice to "Invest in your kids. It's the best investment you'll ever make." He and his wife Cindy keep busy with their three active daughters and Joe has spent more than 11 years coaching basketball, fastpitch softball and volleyball. When they aren't busy with activities, game night at the Hinrichs household is a family favorite, as well as walks with their dog, Ted. Joe also enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, Feed My Starving Children, and Toys for Tots.
