Dave joined Bailiwick® when it was comprised of just nine employees, but his philosophy then is the same as his philosophy now: "An organization is only as good as the people in it." Throughout his tenure, Dave has been determined to create a culture that inspires, energizes and supports every employee – no matter how long their tenure at Bailiwick.

Dave takes pride in leading the organization in the effort to recruit, develop, and retain top talent that our customers rely upon as strategic partners each and every day. He is a strong believer that a company's culture is contagious, contributing not only to the success of individual employees, but also to the success of the customers it serves. He is proud to lead initiatives that continue to solidify Bailiwick as an industry leader known for its strong customer relationships.

When Dave isn't at work, he enjoys spending time with wife and their two children. He's also an avid golfer and passionate about many activities that keep him and his family outdoors as much as possible. Dave's love of golf has resulted in significant leadership roles at Hazeltine National Golf Club. He supports and helps to run its nationally recognized junior golf program and is a former board member of the club. He was thrilled to serve on the Hazeltine Executive Committee for the 2009 PGA Championship and the 2016 Ryder Cup. He is now proud to be serving as the General Chair of the 2020 Junior USGA Amateur Championship. Dave also keeps busy with serving on the Boards of Governors for both Love Inc. and Mt. Olivet Community Action.
