Eric cares deeply about each Bailiwick customer and his drive to create an enhanced customer experience pushes him to always look for ways to get better as an individual, as a team, and as an organization. As the leader of Bailiwick's Project Management Office (PMO), Field Resource Management Group, Engineering Department, and Event Management Organization, Eric works tirelessly to make sure customers are provided with the right business and technical expertise at the right times.
One of Eric's favorite quotes is pretty telling of how he approaches his day-to-day work: "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it." This Charles Swindoll mantra can be seen in Eric's efforts to continuously improve service delivery and champion organizational efficiencies through process improvement. Being a part of solutions that result in better strategic partnerships and helping solve problems for customers is what keeps Eric excited about his work. For Eric and his team, success is achieved when customers reach their goals.
