Michelle's passion for Bailiwick® shows through the minute you first meet her. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Michelle takes pride in developing deep, long-term relationships between Bailiwick and our customers. She and her high-performing team drive Bailiwick’s philosophy of, above all else, understanding our customers, what fuels their success, and how we help them realize that success.

For 20+ years Michelle has been partnering with businesses to use information technology to achieve their goals. She is dedicated to providing customers with thought leadership and industry insights that accelerate them to make strategic business decisions and drive growth within their organizations.

Listening to and engaging with customers allows Michelle and her team to provide customized and highly-tailored business solutions that meet specific customer needs. She knows the value of truly working to understand a customer's business and their challenges and goals before jumping in with potential solutions. One of her favorite quotes from Mark Twain captures it well: "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt." She and her team work tirelessly to gather the information needed to provide customers expert recommendations on solutions that will make a valuable impact. When a customer finds success, Michelle believes she has done her job well.

When Michelle isn’t serving with Bailiwick, she travels as much as possible, and her favorite apps prove it! Some of her favorite, and most used, apps are Delta, Uber, and Garmin. If she could go to Italy every year, she would. Michelle also enjoys staying active, outdoors if possible, and can often be found running, hiking, and boating. She is actively involved in her local church and has a passion for international mission work. Most importantly, Michelle is thankful for all God has blessed her with, including wonderful family and friends.
